CNC Machining, Turning and Milling
Our CNC turn equipment has a full 36" diameter turning capability, and we have engine
lathes and vertical turret lathes which can handle up to 82" in diameter. Our CNC milling capabilities handle
64"x32"x20" with manual milling up to 80" in diameter.
We have internal-shaping capabilities up to 36" pitch diameter (PD), hobbing capabilities
of up to 120" in diameter, along with inside-diameter (ID) and outside-diameter (OD) grinding, broaching and
slotting capabilities. With these in-house capabilities, we can ensure the high-quality gear you deserve when
you need it.
